PERMEABILIDAD DE LA TESTA Y LA PORCIÓN MICRÓPILO-HILIO EN SEMILLA DE FRIJOL SILVESTRE Y CULTIVADO

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el papel las estructuras que cubren la semilla del frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) en proceso absorción agua. Se evaluaron cuatro tratamientos a siete genotipos silvestres y cinco cultivados: intacta, abierta, escarificada con área micrópilo-hilio sellada. Las variedades testa relativamente impermeable mostraron una baja velocidad imbibición cuando se sumergieron agua durante varias horas. La escarificación aceleró niveles similares los abierta todos genotipos. micrópilo e hilio diferente participación entre Bayo Baranda Pinto Villa cinéticas micrópilo-hillo cubierto, mayoría silvestres, cuales reveló importante estas agua, además tener impermeable.
